We currently ship within the United States only.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Transit time: 3–7 business days after shipment. Estimated total delivery: 4–9 business days from the date of order.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your order on our Track Your Order page.

6. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at info@bradaxy.com if you need to correct your address.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date if your order is lost or arrives damaged. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
